I'm terrified of bikes. No, seriously. And I just rode about six miles on one... making a total of twelve miles this week. All in the name of fitness, lordy. Only this time I made a mistake and attempted to do gears and shit, and I fucking terrified myself because it [i]wobbles[/i] when you do that, so we had to stop at the pub and I got some dutch courage down me. So I might be drunk now. At least marginally. Anyway the point is - was there a point? - the point is I'm getting better. I'm not seeing myself dead and bleeding in the road with every turn of the pedal anymore, which is a plus, just some of the time now. But I'm still staggeringly unfit and getting out of breath with every hill, so I need to keep up the regime, keep riding and keep going on walks too. Not to lose weight, lord no, just to get my heart in some sort of shape so I don't have a seizure before I'm thirty. Except seizures are the brain, not the heart, so never mind. I knew that.

I have all these stupid problems in my head... Like being scared of bikes, or not liking certain foods just because, or separating stuff on my plate so it doesn't touch, or being hyper-sensitive about people watching me, or getting embarrassed for other people so much I can't watch even any [i]potentially[/i] embarassig situations on [i]TV[/i], for fuck's sake... I am messed up. I need to fix all this shit before I go to Uni, or I'm going to be in so much donkey dung it's not true. I fail at life. I'm not depressed or anything, just pissed off with myself for not being anywhere near normal - I can just hope that where I go there will be other not-normal people too. Like you guys. Not that you're not normal, not that that's a bad thing, or anything, so... yeah.

In other news I also bought the 'Best Of Nightwish' CD so I'm enjoying that immensely, just my sort of thing. I also got out a DS game called Scribblenaughts from the library, which is epic because you can summon pretty much anything you can think of, from exploding barrels to bazookas to sheep to dragons to god and cthulu. Seriously. I might have to buy it for myself.

I need a lie down, now, I think. Nighty-night.

Well, despite my determination not to do it, I've been tagged woth this three times in a row by three seperate people so I guess I have to. Cheers, and

1. Post these rules.
2. Each tagged person must post 10 things about themselves on their journal.
3. At the end, you have to choose and tag 10 people and post their icons on the same journal. (No, you really don't)
4. Go to their pages and send a message saying you tagged them.

1. I'm still a big kid at heart, and I hate it when I have to act like an adult.
2. My three little siblings are the best thing that ever happened to me, ever. Except maybe InLovingMemoryOfYou.
3. I get embarassed really easily, say, by someone walking in the room when I'm watching something I like on the telly. Seriously. It's ridiculous.
4. I have a poltergeist that hangs around me and drops books on my head in the middle of the night.
5. I am very picky about the spelling of my name, because it's one of those ones nobody ever gets right.
6. If I'm frightened by something I've watched or seen, I imagine my characters beating up whatever-it-is. It's very theraputic.
7. Speaking of - I'm terrified of dolls, mannequins, and other plastic things that look human but aren't. Strangely, and dispite Doctor Who, I'm OK with statues.
8. I say 'Treefrogs' randomly. There is a reason for this. Long story.
9. I may be smart, but I have zero common sense. "Are there a hundred centimetres in a metre," anyone?
10. It's great to be able to say "My friend in Canada..." or "My mate in Finland..." etc. etc. I love this site simply for the friends I've made.
